Hi, I’m Steve Phillips and I’m the principal and managing partner of Phillips Law Offices in Chicago, Illinois. My father founded this firm in 1945. My father was an immigrant from Sicily, couldn’t speak a word of English, put himself through college, put himself through law school, joined the Navy because World War II broke out. And then on a weekend leave from the Navy, my father took the bar exam and then decided he wanted to commit himself to representing people who were injured through the negligence of others. Since 1945 we’ve represented thousands of clients in wrongful death and personal injury matters with exceptional results. We have for years been one of the leaders in using technology in the courtroom and using technology in working up our cases. When your opposing counsel and your opponents ask you to represent their friends and family and personal injury and wrongful death matters, you know you’re doing things right. Our moniker is preparation, persistence and passion. That’s what makes us different.
